微波辐射合成2″-硝基-2-苯基-1H,1′H-[2′,5]-双苯并咪唑

【摘要】 以3,4-二氨基苯甲酸与邻硝基苯甲醛为原料,借助微波辐射,合成了2″-硝基-2-苯基-1H,1′H-[2′,5]-双苯并咪唑。研究了物料比、微波辐射功率、辐射时间以及催化剂PPA与HCl比例对反应产率的影响。结果表明,第1步反应较佳条件为3,4-二氨基苯甲酸︰邻硝基苯甲醛=1︰1.3,微波辐射功率320W,间歇辐射30min,收率91%;第2步反应较佳条件为2-(2-硝基苯基)-1H-苯并咪唑-5-甲酸︰邻苯二胺=1︰1.2,PPA︰HCl=1︰1,微波辐射功率500 W,间歇辐射15min,收率92%。

【Abstract】 The synthesis of 2″-nitro-2-phenyl-1H,1′H-[2′,5]-bibenzimidazolyl under microwave irradiation by using 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid and o-nitrylbenzaldehyde as reactants was reported.The influences of the mole ratio of reactants,output power of microwave generator,reaction time and the ratio of catalysts(PPA and HCl)on the yield were investigated.For the reactions of the first step,optimal reaction conditions were obtained as the ratio of 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid to o-nitrylbenzaldehyde:1∶1.3,output power of microwave generator:320W,intermittent radiation time:30min.For the second step reaction,the optimal reaction conditions were as the ratio of 2-(2-Nitro-phenyl)-1H-benzoimidazole-5-carboxylic acid to o-phenylenediamine:1∶ 1.2,the ratio of PPA to HCl:1∶1,output power:500W,intermittent radiation time:15min.
