木屑快速热解生物油中酚类提取物的抗氧化及抑真菌活性研究

【摘要】 采用减压蒸馏和溶剂萃取的方法从木屑生物油中提取酚类,以没食子酸为标准对照品,通过Folin-Ciocalteu法对酚类提取物中的酚类进行测定,结合清除DPPH·法考察提取物的抗氧化能力,采用离体实验方法分析木屑生物油的不同溶剂的酚类提取物对3种植物病原真菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:1)乙醚、甲苯和乙酸乙酯的酚类提取物的总酚含量较高,均在366mg·g-1以上;2)在抗氧化能力结果中,乙酸乙酯的酚类提取物的DPPH·清除能力最强,其IC50值为9.7mg·L-1,DPPH·清除率与酚类提取物的总酚含量存在一定的线性关系;3)不同溶剂的酚类提取物对3种植物病原菌的抑制作用存在差异,其中乙酸乙酯的酚类提取物抑制效果最好,对小麦根腐霉、番茄灰霉、木材褐腐霉的EC50值均<0.60mg·mL-1。

【Abstract】 Phenols were extracted from the bio-oil obtained by the fast pyrolysis by vacuum distillation and solvent extraction.Using gallic acid as a standard compound,the total phenol contents of phenolic extract were measured by the Folin-Ciocalteu method.Anti-oxidant activities of the extracts were measured.The results showed that the contents of total phenols in the extracts from ether,toluene,and ethyl acetate were high(over 366mg·g-1).Extract from ethyl acetate demonstrated the highest DPPH free radical scavenging activity with IC50 value of 9.7mg·L-1.Relative linear relationships were observed between DPPH free radical scavenging activity and phenolic content.Differences in microbial activity were found between the extracts obtained from different solvents,in which extract from ethyl acetate exhibited the best activity,and the EC50 values to Bipolaris sorokiniana,Botrytis cinerea,Moniliniaspp.were less than 0.60mg· mL-1.
