【Abstract】 Under the guidance of the thought of social management innovation,taking government departments purchasing the public service as an example,and "stone ach bridge pinciple"as analysis tool,this article reveals the realistic path for public service supply mode innovation: people supervise the government,prompting the government to purchase service and regulate social forces,and then provide high quality services for them,otherwise the government should take the corresponding responsibility.
