喷水织机浆料制备工艺研究
The preparation of the water-jet loom sizing agent
【摘要】 研究了喷水织机专用浆料的制备工艺.采用预乳化乳液聚合工艺,根据相似相容原理及喷水织机用浆料的特殊要求,以功能性单体甲基丙烯酸、软单体丙烯酸乙酯及硬单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为聚合单体,探讨了乳化剂用量、引发剂用量及预乳化液滴加时间对浆液性能的影响.结果表明,当乳化剂用量为2.5%,引发剂用量为0.6%,预乳化液滴加时间为3.5h时,制备的喷水织机浆料性能优异,能满足长丝在喷水织机上的织造要求.
【Abstract】 According to the similar dissolve mutually theory and the special requirement of sizing agent loom for water-jet the functional monomer methyl acrylic acid,soft monomer acid ethyl acrylate and hard monomer Methyl methacrylate were used to prepare for the water-jet loom sizing agent by pre-emulsification emulsion polymerization process.Through experiments,the influence of emulsifier dosage,initiator dosage and instill time of pre-emulsion to sizing agent performance were studied.The results show that when the emulsifier dosage is 2.5%,initiator dosage is 0.6%,the instill time of pre-emulsion is3.5h,the sizing agent has got ideal sizing properties,which can satisfy the requirement of the filament on the water-jet loom weaving.
