大孔吸附树脂对蜂蜜中对硫磷的脱除热力学研究
Desorption thermodynamics of macroporous adsorption resins against parathion in honey
【摘要】 蜂蜜是深受广大消费者亲睐的一种农副产品,然而蜜蜂的养殖过程中往往伴随有蜂蜜中农药的残留,严重影响了蜂蜜及相关产品的食用安全性。文中以对硫磷为研究对象,考察了大孔吸附树脂(LS-901,LS-803和LS-200)对蜂蜜中对硫磷的脱除热力学行为,旨在为蜂蜜中有机磷农药的绿色脱除提供一条新途径和新方法。研究结果表明:LS-901型大孔树脂对蜂蜜中对硫磷吸附效果最好,吸附率为90.1%;在298.15~318.15 K的温度范围内,实验所得热力学数据均符合Freundlich和Langmuir模型,且吸附等温线和等量吸附焓数据表明,树脂LS-901对蜂蜜中对硫磷的吸附是一个放热的、吸附焓随吸附量的增加而增加的过程,吸附自由能变ΔG<0,表明该吸附过程是自发反应。
【Abstract】 Honey is a farming byproduct deeply favored by broad consumers. However,pesticidal residuals of honey bees in the process of the breeding of bees seriously affected the food safety of honey and related products. To provide a new method,desorption thermodynamic behavior of parathion pesticides in the honeys by three kinds of macroporous adsorption resins,including LS-901,LS-803 and LS-200 were investigated,respectively. It is showed that adsorption effect of LS-901,which showed 90. 1% adsorption rate,against parathion is the most effective than the other two macroporous adsorption resins. Within the temperature range of298. 15 ~ 318. 15 K,all the balance data of LS-901 resins fit for the Freundlich and Langmuir isothermal equation and the adsorption isotherm and enthalpy indicated that the adsorption process of resins against parathion are exothermic processes. Additionally,the absolute values of adsorption enthalpy increased with increasing adsorption quantities and free energy ΔG < 0,indicating a spontaneous adsorption process.
