【Abstract】 As the key of the central leadership of CPC’s second generation,Deng Xiaoping successfully paved the way of socialism with Chinese characteristics and established primarily the basic frame of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Deng’s such contributions are mainly embodied as the followings: Deng put forward the scientific concept of"socialism with Chinese characteristics",strengthened the development road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and defended the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
