【摘要】 地方高校通识教育存在的主要问题是理念落后,与社会发展需要脱节;通识教育本土化不够,导致通识教育特色不明;通识教育受重视不够,发挥作用不充分;通识教育课程资源较少,反映人类进步的成果不够;通识教育缺乏专门的研究管理机构,运行过程太过形式;通识教育课程缺乏系统性和连续性,成效不显著;通识教育重知识传授,轻技能教育,忽视人的培养。优化地方高校通识教育课程资源配置要多渠道扩大通识教育课程资源,完善开课门类;协调通识教育课程资源与专业教育课程资源关系,和谐两者发展;设置好通识教育课程,完成全人教育目标;处理好通识教育必修与选修关系,扩大学生选修的权力;处理好选修门类与课时的关系,限定学时。更多还原

【Abstract】 The major issue for general education of local universities is unenlightened education concept unsuitable for social demands. There are still problems remaining,such as,localization of general education is not enough to shape its feature characteristics,less attention is paid to realize its potential,its curriculum resources are too less to reflect the fruits of human progress,etc. It should optimize general education curriculum by increasing resources channel,refining course categories,coordinating curriculum resources of the general and professional education,setting goals of"the perfect person educates"and handling the relationship of the selective and major courses properly,etc.更多还原
