【摘要】 利用生命历程视角,将宏观、中观、微观结合,整合时间、空间和情境三维因素,力图发掘在文化、制度、政策交织互动下的女性劣势,并提出了一个女性健康劣势累积机制的分析框架;研究表明:无论从生理还是心理健康的角度,女性老年人健康与男性相比处均于劣势;同时,女性老年人早期生命历程的累积劣势直接制约着老年时期的健康状况,而女性老年人早期生命历程诸多的累积劣势是社会情境下社会结构、文化、家庭、个人互动的结果;认为应从先期生命阶段开始弱化公共政策、社会制度与传统文化惯习对性别观念的维系与重构作用,以消除未来女性老年人的健康劣势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the life course perspective,integrating the three- dimensional factors,i. e.,time,space and context,and taking into account the macroscopic,mesoscopic,and microscopic settings of China,this paper attempts to work out disadvantages of elderly women affected by the interacting cultural,institutional and policy factors and then presents a cumulative mechanism framework of health disadvantages elderly women. The results indicate that no matter from the perspective of physical or mental health,the health standards of female elderly are clearly below those of male elderly. The disadvantages accumulated in the early years of life of elderly women directly dominate the health in their later years of life,and the cumulative disadvantages in early life experiences of elderly women are the results of social structure,culture,family and individual interaction in the unique settings of China. It is held that it is necessary to weaken the effect of public policy,social system and the traditional cultural customs on the maintenance of restructuring role of gender conception to eliminate the health disadvantages of elderly women in the future.更多还原
