【摘要】 民间金融是正规金融的重要补充,它对我国经济增长尤其是民营经济的发展壮大起着不可或缺的作用。温州民间资金雄厚、民间借贷活跃,温州民间金融有力助推着温州民营经济的发展壮大。可是,发生于2011年的温州民间借贷危机,充分暴露出民间借贷存在的诸多问题,其中我国的金融制度变迁严重滞后、不受监督的地下民间金融的制度缺失是重要原因。以温州民间金融为对象,围绕国家治理要求,可以就如何进行民间金融审计监督方面作些初步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Being a kind of important supplement for formal finance, private finance carries forward an un-substitutable role on our country’s economic growth, especially on the growing up of the private economy. In Wenzhou, the currency flow in private economy has been surging, the private credit has been flourishing, and private finance is pushing the thriving development of private economy. However, a good many problems had thoroughly emerged during the processes of the private debit and credit due to the private credit crisis that break out in 2011, in which the main causes were severity stagnancy of financial institutional innovation and the lack of systematic supervisory on private underground finance in our country.
