机床Z轴滚动导轨副两种安装方式对加工表面质量的影响

【摘要】 使用Solidworks对滑块上置安装(正装)和下置安装(反装)的两种导轨副装配体建模并进行有限元分析,比较两种安装方式下加工零件时的最大进给速度.研究表明,在自重状态下,滑块下置安装的探测棒底端的位移偏移量比滑块上置安装小6.16%.滑块下置安装比滑块上置安装结构可靠性更高,其加工的零件表面质量更好.

【Abstract】 This paper uses Solidworks and makes a finite element analysis of the overhead installation and underneath installation of the linear rolling guide,and compares the maximum feed rates of component processing under the two methods of installation. An analysis shows that,under gravity conditions,the displacement offset of the bottom end of the probe rod is 6.16% smaller in the case of underneath installation than that in the case of overhead installation; underneath installation is more reliable in structure and in surface quality of processed workpieces.
