【Abstract】 This paper first explains the connotation and significance of Being Well-off Materially and Rich in Spirit, the goal of modernization proposed in the Thirteenth Party Congress of Zhejiang Province. However, numerous countries have fallen into the middle income trap in their process of modernization. In light of the problem, this paper analyzes a few common issues faced by Zhejiang in the process of its modernization, based on which some constructive measures are put forward to prevent and defuse the risk of middle income trap.更多还原
