液压挖掘机动态称重系统的研究与设计
The research and design of the dynamic weighting system of hydraulic excavator
【摘要】 根据目前国内缺乏液压挖掘机在线计量装置的现状,提出了一种液压挖掘机动态称重系统的设计方案。阐述了系统的功能、工作原理、精度控制方式以及以Kane动力学方程思想为核心的动态称重的数学模型,以ARM芯片STM32F103和DSP芯片TMS320F28335为核心分别进行数据采集和数据分析的硬件、软件设计。两种芯片的结合使用使动态称重系统数据处理快速,测量精度高,可移植性和可扩展性强,具有良好的市场前景和经济效益。
【Abstract】 As the lack of online metering device for hydraulic excavator in the domestic, a dynamic weighing system of hydraulic excavator is presented in this paper. Firstly, the system is elaborated, including system function, working principle,accuracy control and the mathematical model of dynamic weighing system which uses Kane dynamic equation. Then data collection and design of hardware and software for data analysis is researched based on the ARM ATM32f103 and DSP TMS320F28335. With the combination of these two chips, the dynamic weighing system can process the data faster and the precision of measurement is higher. Portability and scalability of the system also become stronger. All above, the research here has a good market prospect and economic benefit.
