【摘要】 体育产业政策工具作为实现体育产业繁荣发展的有效方式,是分析政策的必要手段。该研究以查美斯(Charmaz)的建构型扎根理论为基础,以国家层面的11份体育产业政策为研究对象,从基本政策工具X维度和产业价值链Y两个维度,运用创建政策分析架构、确定分析单元、编码与归类、统计分析等步骤对我国体育产业政策进行计量分析,深入剖析体育产业政策在政策工具选择、实施、反馈中存在的缺失与冲突,从而为体育产业政策的优化与完善给出合理化的政策指引和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sports industry policy tools is an effective means to achieve sports economic development policy expectations and to make policy analysis.Based on Charmaz’s Construction Type Grounded Theory,the study took advantage of X and Y dimensions of the measurement and analyzed the 11 sports industry policies at the national level.In accordance with the building analytical framework,unit of analysis,code classification and statistical analysis were defined.Problems in policy tool choosing,execution and feedback were analyzed so as to provide suggestions for perfecting the sports industry policies.更多还原
