【摘要】 运用问卷调查法等方法,研究社区体育非盈利组织的运行机制内涵、运行过程模型和运行现状。研究认为,社区体育非盈利组织的纵横向联系不畅通,组织结构不完善,组织结合松散,获取资源的整体能力不足。其特征表现为以柔性管理为主,缺乏有效的外部监管,整体上处在有组织的无序发展状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the operation mechanism of community sports non-profit organizatins in China as the research object,this paper studied the concept,the process model and the present situation of the operation mechanism of the organization. It could be seen that the connections between different organizations were loose. The organizational structure was imperfect. There was not enough funding or external supervision.
