新型永磁磁通切换电动机的电磁性能及温度分析
Electromagnetic Performance and Temperature Analysis of a Newly Switched Flux Permanent Motor
【摘要】 设计一种新型的永磁磁通切换电机,分析其电磁性能和各部件的温度分布。首先介绍了电机的结构和工作原理,然后通过有限元软件对电机的磁链、反电势等电磁性能进行分析,最后,利用Maxwell和ANSYS Workbench软件建立该电机的多物理场稳态联合仿真模型,得到电机整体的稳态温度分布图,将仿真结果和实验结果进行了分析比较,验证了该模型的有效性。
【Abstract】 A new structure of switched flux permanent magnet motor was presented and the motor’s electromagnetic performance and the temperature distribution of different parts were analysed. First,the structure and operating principle of this motor were introduced. Then,its static characteristics just as flux and EMF was analysed through the finite element analysis method. Finally,the multi- physical fields steady combined simulation model was built with Maxwell and ANSYS Workbench,the overall temperature distribution field of this motor was obtained. Simulation results were compared with experimental results to validate the model.
