静止状态下异步电动机参数离线辨识方法
Off- Line Parameter Identification Methods for Induction Motor Without Rotating
【摘要】 感应电机矢量控制中,电机内部参数的准确性会直接影响控制系统的调速性能。传统的离线辨识方法是通过堵转试验和空载试验测量电机参数,但对于已经与负载联接的电机而言,通常没有进行堵转、空载等动态试验的条件。提出一种电机静止状态下的参数离线辨识方法,该方法通过三种静态试验方法,即可对电机内部参数进行准确计算,有效消除集肤效应和死区效应所产生的辨识误差。仿真和实例证实了该方案的有效性。
【Abstract】 For vector control,the accuracy of motor internal parameters affects the speed performance greatly. For the load connected motors,there are not conditions for traditional off-line identification tests. For this reason,a method of off-line parameter identification without rotating is given in this paper. In this method,the motor internal parameters will be calculated accurately with three tests at standstill. Otherwise,the method can eliminate the parameter identification errors due to the skin and dead-time effects. Finally,the validity of the method is confirmed by experiments.
