【摘要】 美国加州对医疗机构床位进行分类许可和管理,明确体现了一般和特需床位需求的情况,对医疗资源优化配置起到了基础性作用。在国内医疗资源调整过程中,可以借鉴加州医疗机构床位分类管理模式,但在床位类别划分和科室归类上应做适当调整。通过对上海医疗机构床位分类的应用研究,可以看出上海医疗机构床位总量应适当增加,床位结构上宜作较大调整。更多还原

【Abstract】 Beds in medical institutions are classified with licensing and management in California,which reflects the generality and particularity of demands for medical beds and plays a fundamental role in optimizing medical resources. In the process of adjusting medical resources,it is suggested to learn from the beds classification model in California and appropriately adjust the bed category and classification. After analyzing the reference suitability of beds classified in Shanghai,the researchers found that the number of medical beds should be appropriately increased but the beds structure should be largely adjusted.更多还原
