【Abstract】 The indicators database of comprehensive target management evaluation system in clinical departments was established by using brain storm method,and the indicators system was established by using Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP) method. The comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method was used to evaluate the clinical departments in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,which achieved the purpose of effective evaluation of clinical departments,improved the quality of medical treatment,scientific research and teaching in clinical departments.更多还原
