【摘要】 目的探讨医护一体化在群发伤救治中的实践效果。方法选取某三甲医院东、西两院接诊的群发伤患者为研究对象,东院为实验组,西院为对照组。结果实验组患者按区分流时间及抢救室滞留时间较对照组缩短(P<0.01),漏诊率低于对照组(P<0.05),在等待时间、医辅服务、治疗效果、医护服务、环境及知情选择方面的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 医护一体化救治模式可提高群发伤患者诊疗时效性,提高医疗质量,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of health care integration in the treatment of mass injuries. Method The mass trauma admissions patients in East and West Divisions of a hospital were selected for the study. The implementation of the health care integration mode in Emergency Department of the Eastern Division was set as the experimental group,and the Emergency Department of the West Division following the traditional admissions treatment mode was set as the control group. Result The experimental group took less time than the control group in triaging patients by district and being stranded in the emergency room( P < 0. 01); the misdiagnosis rate in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05); the patients’ satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group in waiting time,medical and auxiliary services,treatment,health care,environment and informed choice.( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The integrated treatment model of health care can improve the effective in diagnosis and treatment of mass injury,increase patients satisfaction and improve medical quality.更多还原
