2013年无锡市市属餐饮单位量化分级评定结果分析

【摘要】 目的分析2013年无锡市市属餐饮单位食品安全量化分级评定情况,为进一步提高量化分级管理水平及优化餐饮单位的监管措施提供依据。方法按照《无锡市餐饮服务食品安全监督量化分级管理工作实施方案》对辖区内的餐饮单位进行量化等级评定,采用统计软件对评定结果进行分析。结果餐饮单位量化分级等级总体情况良好,A级单位和B级单位分别占48.5%和51.5%,不同类型餐饮单位、不同规模餐馆等级分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应进一步加强对重点单位重点环节的监管,改善管理体制,提高餐饮单位的食品安全水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Analyze Dining Unit to implement food security quantification situation of Wuxi in 2013, provides the basis for the determination dining unit’s supervising and managing measure. Methods According to the"Food Sanitary Supervision Quantification Level-to-level Administration Standard of Wuxi" carried on quantification grading to in the area of jurisdiction dining unit, on the analysis to the grading result,analyze the grades differences of the different types of catering industry by using χ2 test. Results There were statistic differences of grade distribution among the different types of dining unit( P <0.01),so did t the different sizes of restaurants( P <0.01).Conclusion It needs to further strengthen the management to improve management system and enhance the dining unit the food safety level.更多还原
