【摘要】 目的探究重型脑外伤脑疝患者采用常规手术治疗与脑疝复位天幕切开术治疗的临床效果。方法入选我院重型脑外伤脑疝患者110例,按照治疗方式的不同分为治疗组和对照组,每组55例。对照组患者给予常规的手术治疗,治疗组患者给予脑疝复位天幕切开术治疗;观察两组患者手术治疗后的临床效果及并发症情况。结果两组患者治疗后病情均有改善,但治疗组患者的存活率60.0%显著高于对照组的21.8%,结果具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后,治疗组患者术后的并发症情况显著优于对照组,结果具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论重症脑外伤脑疝患者采用脑疝复位天幕切开术治疗,有效的提高了患者术后的存活率,减少了患者术后的并发症情况,安全有效,效果显著,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study study of tentorium hernia reduction compare with conventional operation in the treatment of severe traumatic brain hernia.Methods In 110 cases of severe traumatic brain hernia in our hospital were divided into the treatment group and control group according to the treatment methods,each group of 55 cases.The control group were treated with conventional operation,the treatment group were given cerebral hernia reduction and tentorium cerebelli hiatus incision;The clinical effect and complications of the two groups after operation were observed.Results After the treatment,the survival rate of the treatment group 60% was significantly higher than that of control group 21.8%,complications of patients was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Cerebral hernia reduction and tentorium cerebelli hiatus incision in treatment of severe traumatic brain hernia could improve the survival rate of patients,reduce the complications with safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
