【摘要】 目的探讨体外冲击波治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2011年2月—2012年2月收治的Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者40例,分为观察组(20例)与对照组(20例),对照组实施体外热疗,观察组实施体外冲击波治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组的NIH-CPSI与疼痛评分均明显下降,且观察组的下降水平明显优于对照组,另外,观察组在治疗有效率上明显高于对照组(100%vs75%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论体外冲击波治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎可有效提高治疗有效率,改善患者的临床症状,降低疼痛程度,效果显著,安全可靠,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave therapy Ⅲ prostatitis.
