某铝业周边不同居民点人群体内氟代谢的研究

【摘要】 目的通过对某电解铝厂不同居民点人群尿氟测定,研究铝业生产对周边环境的影响程度,从而确定铝业在城市居民点的定位。方法采集我区某电解铝厂不同方向和远近不同的居民点人群,测定其尿氟含量,并进行比较分析。结果北、南两组尿氟(x±s)分别为(0.83±0.31)、(0.55±0.24)、(mg/L),北组明显高于南组(P<0.01);北边同方向1公里、5公里不同距离组分别为(0.83±0.31)、(0.45±0.21),近组明显高于远组(P<0.01)。结论下风侧(北组)明显高于上风侧(南组);近厂居民点受到影响较明显。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of aluminum production on the surroundings and human health by determining urinary fluoride of resident in different position and distance of residential area surrounding one aluminum manufacturer.Methods To collect the resident morning urine of residential areas and one is in 5 kilometers to the north of aluminummanufacturer,and the other two are in 1 kilometers to the north and theopposite direction of aluminum manufacturer.Then determined their urinefluorine by negative ion selective ionization method.Results The urinaryfluoride of north group and south group(x±s) are(0.83±0.31) and(0.55±0.24)(mg/L)respectively,the north group is higher than the south group(P<0.01).The group of 1 kilometers and 5kilometers to the northare.83±0.31and0.45±0.21respectively,Thefrontishigherobviously(P<0.01).Conclusion The north group is higher than the south group,the resident near thealuminum manufacturer has suffer much more influence by the aluminumproduction,but too far to see it.
