【摘要】 目的探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统的临床疗效。方法选择我院64例妇科疾病患者,将其放置LNG-IUS,观察放置后1、3、6、12个月的改善状况等。结果人工流产术后效果和子宫腺肌病效果与放置前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应主要为点滴状阴道流血(75%)。随着放置时间的延长渐好转。结论 LNG-IUS除了有极好的避孕作用外,对子宫腺肌病也有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the left acetylene, the clinical curative effect of sustained-release progesterone house system.
