【摘要】 目的探讨DSA在急性缺血性脑血管病介入检查及治疗中的应用。方法选取我院急性缺血性脑血管病患者34例,在对其进行的检查和治疗中介入DSA术,对比分析患者治疗前后的症状改变情况。结果 DSA检查中发现23例患者有血管异常现象,在进行溶栓治疗后,患者病区血管面积的狭窄度和直径的狭窄度明显减小(P<0.05)。结论 DSA在急性缺血性脑血管疾病的检查和治疗中具有显著效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the DSA in acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the application of the examination and treatment. Methods Selected from 34 cases in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease in carries on the examination and treatment intervention in DSA, comparative analysis before and after treatment in patients with symptoms of change. Results DSA examination found in 23 patients with vascular anomalies, after thrombolytic therapy, the patient ward area of blood vessel stenosis degree and the diameter of the stenosis degree significantly decreased(P<0.05).
