【摘要】 目的探讨脊髓损伤患者手术治疗的麻醉管理。方法对20例脊髓损伤手术患者全麻下实施,气管插管时应注意减少脊髓损伤。结果 20例全麻后30 min内无血压波动超过30 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kpa),心率波动稳定,术中没有发生缺氧症状。结论全麻适用于所有脊柱创伤手术治疗,一般全麻诱导药均可用于脊柱创伤患者,无神经损伤和禁忌证时,可用琥珀酰胆碱辅助气管内插管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The anesthesia treatment of patients operated with spinal cord injury surgery. Methods Having 20 cases of spinal cord injury patients operated surgeries with general anesthesia,and spinal injury should be in reduction when giving an intubation. Results All of 20 cases of patients’ blood pressure fluctuations are no more than 30 mm Hg within 30 minutes of being given anesthesia,and the heart rate fluctuations stably with no intraoperative hypoxia. Conclusion General anesthesia is applicable to all spinal cord injury surgery and its induced drugs are be used by patients with spinal cord injury,if the patients without neurological damage and contradictions,the succinylcholine assisted endotracheal intubation is available.更多还原
