【摘要】 随着我国经济增长和产业结构升级,对人才资源的整体质量要求越来越高,而教育投入是人力资本形成最为基础和最为重要的途径。本文通过系统估计法中的3SLS回归与省际面板数据分别对教育在人力资本形成中的作用,以及人力资本对不同行业产值的作用进行实证分析,发现我国教育支出对人力资本形成有促进作用,中高等教育人才对第二、第三产业贡献逐渐增大。因此需要政府加大各级教育支出的投入,以此完善我国教育支出结构,促进我国经济发展和产业结构升级。更多还原

【Abstract】 The demand for overall quality of human resources is more and more high, as our country economic growth and industrial structure upgrade. And education investment is the most basic and important way for human capital formation. This article analyzes the role of education in human capital formation and the role of human capital of different industry output value with 3SLS regression of system estimation and provincial panel data, which shows that education on the human capital formation have promoting effect, and secondary education and higher education labor gradually increase the contribution to secondary and tertiary industries. Hence it need increase of government investment in education so as to improve the education expenditure structure, promote economic development and upgrade industrial structure in our country.更多还原
