考虑重心约束的三维单车装载问题优化模型与算法
Model and Algorithm for Optimizing 3D Single-vehicle Loading Problem with Gravity Center Constraint
【摘要】 根据物流运输的实际情况,建立了以重心约束为主要约束条件和最大化车辆利用率为目标函数的三维单车装载模型。对重心约束条件进行了完善,增加了重心安全系数的影响,并详述了整合重心的计算方法和利用遗传算法求解的关键技术。最后通过实际算例证明了模型和算法的有效性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, in accordance with the practical situation of logistics transportation, we built the 3D single vehicle loading model with gravity center constraint and the maximal vehicle utility rate as the objective function, then elaborated on the calculation method that integrated the gravity center as well as the key techniques to solve the problem using the genetic algorithm, and at the end, through a numerical example,demonstrated the validity of the model and algorithm.
