堆垛机立柱的优化设计
Optimal Design of Supporting Columns of Stacking Machines
【摘要】 堆垛机是自动化立体仓库中应用最广泛的货物搬运设备,立柱是保证堆垛机上所有部件正常工作的重要支撑部件。以某型号堆垛机为例,建立堆垛机立柱的有限元模型,按照实际工况进行边界条件和载荷的施加,利用ANSYS进行有限元分析计算,得出堆垛机工作中立柱的变形情况;根据计算结果,提出一种优化立柱结构的设计方案;经过重新计算,结果证明立柱结构优化方案合理可行。
【Abstract】 In this paper,with a certain model of stacking machine as the example,we built the finite element model of the supporting columns of the machine to describe the distortion of the columns during the operation of the stacking machine and in view of the calculation result,proposed an optimized solution of the column structure,which,through recalculation,was proved to be feasible and reasonable.
