【Abstract】 In this paper,after analyzing the common logistics contracts and applying the corresponding game analysis model,we designed a conservation-oriented sharing contract which constituted an incentive mechanism for the two parties to make efforts in saving logistics cost.Next,we analyzed some of the properties of the contract.At the end,through a case study,we demonstrated the effectiveness of the contract.更多还原
