【Abstract】 In this paper,in view of the current status of the express delivery enterprises,we summarized the causes for the overwhelmed warehousing capacities of the express delivery enterprises into four aspects which were comprehensive transportation and carrying capacity,resource utility rate,personnel and force majeure.At the end,in view of the practical situation of the industry,we proposed the solutions to deal with the overwhelmed warehouse problem through strategic cooperation between the express delivery enterprises.更多还原
