延迟制造下的供应商关系管理
Study on Supplier Relationship Management in Postponed Manufacturing
【摘要】 对延迟制造下的供应商合作关系进行了分析,并从制造商的角度对供应商关系管理提出了一些战略性建议,为制造商实行延迟制造时构建稳定的供应商合作关系提供了思路。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we analyzed the cooperative relationship between the suppliers in postponed manufacturing practice and proposed some strategic suggestions for the management of the supplier relationship from the perspective of a manufacturer.
