【Abstract】 Steadily promoting digital library project is the most important task of national information infrastructure,is al so one of the important strategic development of our society. Digital Library exits in China for more than ten years,but is still in the primary stage [1]. Our Digital Library Construction in the planning,positioning,service,resource management and other aspects need further consideration and exploration.
