电石炉区域能量分配模型研究
Research on regional energy distribution model of calcium carbide furnace
【摘要】 利用Factsage软件对电石炉内可能发生的化学反应的热力学数据进行计算,根据物理化学变化设定临界约束条件,将电石炉划分为炉料区、反应区、熔融滴落区和熔池区4个区域,在此基础上对碳化钙的生成机理做了探讨,对原料带入的杂质引起能耗的变化进行了分析,对各区域的能量利用分配进行了计算,结果显示,电石炉4个区域的电耗分别占供入总能量的14.46%、12.40%、13.54%和43.21%,电石炉能量损耗占16.38%,从而明确了电能在不同区域的利用价值。
【Abstract】 The thermodynamic data of the chemical reactions which may probably occur in the calcium carbide furnace was calculated by Factsage software.According to the physical and chemical changes,the critical constraints were set,and then the calcium carbide furnace was divided into four zones,i.e.,burden zone,reaction zone,melting drop zone,and molten pool zone.Based on this,the CaC2 formation mechanism was discussed,the influence of the impurities in the raw material was analyzed,and then the regional distributions of energy utilization were calculated.The results showed,the energy consumption of the four zones in the calcium carbide furnace accounted for 14.46%,12.40%,13.54%,and 43.21%,respectively,and energy loss accounted for 16.38%.Thus,the electricity use value in the different regions was comfirmed.
