功能化三联吡啶衍生物的合成及其对Fe2+识别研究
Synthesis of a Terpyridine Derivative for Detection of Fe2+
【摘要】 设计合成了一种功能化三联吡啶衍生物(L),采用红外、核磁、质谱对其结构进行了表征。L具有聚集诱导发射增强性质。在Et OH-H2O介质中,L与Fe2+结合后显红色,且不受其他离子影响,是一种具有高度选择性和灵敏性的Fe2+比色识别探针。Fe2+紫外滴定实验表明,在557 nm处产生一个由金属-配体电荷转移引起的特征吸收峰,检测限为0.24μmol·L-1,可以实现对Fe2+的痕量检测。Job′s plot曲线得到L与Fe2+的结合比为2∶1。识别性能不受p H影响,且基于L的试纸可对水中Fe2+作出快速简便的识别,有一定的实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 A α-cyanostilbene functionalized terpyridine derivative(L) has been synthesized, and characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR,13 C NMR and MS spectra. L possesses excellent AIEE properties and exhibits highly selective and sensitive response to Fe2 +ions in aqueous solution. The color of solution changes from light yellow to magenta when Fe2+is added instead of other metal ions. Addition of Fe2+leads to a sharp new band at 557 nm,which is caused by the metal-to-ligand-charge-transfer(MLCT). The limit of detection is 0.24 μmol·L-1and Job′s plots confirm their 2 ∶1 stoichiometric complexes. Furthermore, p H has no effects on the recognition and Fe2 +could be easily detected by a paper coated with L which is useful in its potential applications.
