铁掺杂HTiNbO5纳米片及其催化环氧苯乙烷醇解的性能
Fe-Doped HTiNbO5 Nanosheets and Their Catalytic Performance for Alcoholysis of Styrene Oxide
【摘要】 通过先将层状HTiNbO5用四丁基氢氧化铵层离成单层纳米片,然后与铁溶胶重组,最后在不同温度(200~500℃)下焙烧,得到了一系列铁掺杂的HTiNbO5纳米片。研究结果表明,铁溶胶掺杂有利于提高催化剂的比表面积和酸性,所得催化剂在环氧苯乙烷的醇解反应中表现出很好的催化效果。其中,水解时间为1 h的铁溶胶与HTiNbO5纳米片重组且在400℃下焙烧后所得催化剂的催化效果最好,优于未掺杂和Fe3+直接絮凝的HTiNbO5纳米片。
【Abstract】 Iron-doped HTiNbO5 nanosheets catalysts were prepared via the assembly of exfoliated-HTiNbO5 nanosheets and iron sols followed by calcination at a temperature range of 200~500 ℃. Doping by Fe sols is beneficial to the enhancement of surface area and acidity of the catalysts. The title catalysts exhibit excellent catalytic performance in the alcoholysis of styrene epoxide with different alcohols. Compared with undoped HTiNbO5 nanosheets, the Fe ions doped catalyst obtained through the Fe sols with a hydrolysis time of 1 h and a calcination temperature of 400 ℃ shows a higher catalytic performance.
