膦配体对乙炔羰化制丙烯酸催化剂NiBr2-CuBr2性能的影响
Effect of Phosphine Ligands on Properties of NiBr2-CuBr2 Catalyst for Synthesis of Acrylic Acid by Acetylene Carbonylation
【摘要】 研究了一系列单膦配体(P(L))对NiBr2-CuBr2-P(L)催化乙炔羰基化制丙烯酸(AA)性能的影响。结果表明,以三叔丁基膦(P(tBu)3)作配体时催化剂NiBr2-CuBr2-P(L)的性能最好。以P(t-Bu)3为配体、CH3SO3H为酸助剂,溴化镍NiBr2用量为0.001 mol,nNiBr2∶nCuBr2∶nP(t-Bu3)∶nCH3SO3H为1∶0.5∶1.5∶0.5,水用量VH2O=5 mL,在反应温度200℃、压力8.0 MPa、时间60 min时,乙炔的转化率为75.8%、丙烯酸的选择性达到98.6%。NiBr2-CuBr2-P(L)-CH3SO3H催化剂与NiBr2-CuBr2相比具有较高的丙烯酸选择性和收率,解决了传统催化剂选择性低、反应过程产生积碳等问题。
【Abstract】 The effect of a series of monodentate phosphine ligands(P(L)) on the properties of the NiBr2-CuBr2-P(L)for catalyzing acetylene carbonylation to acrylic acid(AA) was studied. The results show that the catalyst NiBr2-CuBr2-P(L) with tri-tert-butylphosphine(P(t-Bu)3) as ligand has the best performance. After 60 min, 75.8 %conversion of acetylene and 98.6% selectivity of acrylic acid are achieved at 200 ℃ under 8.0 MPa using P(t-Bu)3as ligand, CH3SO3H as acid auxiliary with NiBr2of 0.001 mol, nNiBr2∶nCuBr2∶nP(t-Bu3)∶nCH3SO3Hof 1∶0.5∶1.5∶0.5 and 5 mL water.Compared with NiBr2-CuBr2, the NiBr2-CuBr2-P(L)-CH3SO3H catalyst has higher selectivity and yield to acrylic acid,thus solving the problem of low selectivity and carbon generation in reaction process with the traditional catalysts.
