【Abstract】 The incidence of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) is increasing in recent years,and IBD has become one of the common diseases of digestive system.Alteration of intestinal flora and bacterial metabolites have been recognized to be involved in the pathogenesis of IBD.In recent years,the role of bacterial metabolite butyrate in protecting intestinal mucosal barrier,promoting anti-inflammatory response and preventing development of IBD related tumor has attracted more and more attention.This article reviewed the advances in study on relations between butyrate and IBD.更多还原
