电喷发动机基本时序控制策略研究
Basic Timing Control Strategy for Electronic Control Engine
【摘要】 针对某一改造后的独立喷射点火的4缸替代燃料LPG发动机,分析了霍尔效应式58X类型的曲轴位置信号特征及其倍频方案,提出了曲轴位置信号同步策略,在此基础上给出了燃料喷射与点火的基本时序控制策略,并应用到基于飞思卡尔S12X微控制器的EMS中,实现了系统控制方案,台架测试结果表明,发动机启动正常,运行良好,能够实现稳定怠速,燃料喷射及点火得到了有效控制,验证了该控制策略的正确性。
【Abstract】 For a modified independent LPG engine,the characteristics of the Hall Effect type 58 X crankshaft position signal and frequency multiplication strategy were analyzed. And the crankshaft position signal synchronization strategy was proposed.Based on the strategy the basic timing control strategy of fuel injection and ignition was given,and was applied to the EMS based on Freescale S12 X MCU. The bench test shows that the engine functions well,and can achieve stable idle speed; fuel injection and ignition have been effectively controlled. The feasibility of the basic timing control strategy is verified.
