【摘要】 城乡空间统筹规划指将城市和乡村的空间发展作为整体统一规划、统筹考虑,促进城乡协调发展、共同繁荣。在实践中,城乡空间统筹规划有迫切需求,但由于现实中存在的各种障碍,城乡空间统筹规划的作用不能有效发挥。为此,城乡空间统筹规划应加强法律制度建设,科学利用乡村土地,重视乡村规划以及中心镇规划的作用,以实现有效推进城乡一体化发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spatial planning of urban-rural integration needs the development of urban and rural space as a whole,unification of planning,and promotion of urban-rural interaction and common prosperity.But in reality,spatial planning of urban-rural integration cannot effectively play the role.Spatial planning of urban-rural integration should strengthen the construction of the legal system,the scientific use of rural land,and attach importance to the role of rural planning as well as the key towns planning,in order to achieve effectiveness to promote the integration of urban-rural development.更多还原
