高寒地区浮桥环境载荷与强度评估

【摘要】 高寒地区浮桥承受冰载荷和车辆动载荷共同作用,和普通浮桥受力情况相差很大,目前还没有对高寒地区浮桥的相关研究,准确计算高寒地区浮桥环境载荷并进行强度校核非常必要。研究了有限元法计算冰膨胀力原理,利用Patran进行瞬态分析计算冰温度场分布,对浮桥结构进行结构-热耦合分析。以冰封区域浮桥原型实验数据为标准,确定模型尺寸和车辆载荷加载方式,通过瞬态分析和静态分析结果对比,计算舟桥结构的动态应力放大系数。探讨了一种冰高寒地区浮桥强度校核方法。

【Abstract】 Alpine region floating bridge,which has a significant difference from ordinary floating bridge in force conditions,withstands a coordination of ice loads and vehicle dynamic loads.While there is no correlative research on the alpine region floating bridge.So the accurate calculation of the alpine region floating bridge environmental load and strength assessment is necessary.In this paper,the theory of thermal expansive pressure calculation by FEM is studied.Patran is used to analyze the temperature field distribution of ice by transient analysis,and then implement structural-thermal coupling calculation on floating bridge.The frozen area floating bridge prototype experimental data is taken as a standard to guide calculations based on finite element software of Patran to determine the size of the model and load loading,and the calculation of vehicle dynamic load factor under dynamic stress is taken.A method for checking the strength of the alpine region floating bridge is summarized.
