【Abstract】 With decades of development, Missouri model of teacher evaluation system becomes mature and perfect. In May 2013, the State Board of Education gave final approval to Missouri model Educator Evaluation System. Model Teacher Standard is the foundation and core of Missouri model Educator Evaluation System. This paper analyses the background and process of Model Teacher Standard’s release, discusses its content and structure, and summarizes its characteristics. It may provide reference and enlightenment for the development of China’s teacher evaluation.更多还原
