【Abstract】 Since 2009,the Obama administration has conducted a series of the regulatory policies on the for-profit higher education industry,including consumer protection,use of public funds and to strengthen the supervision of the education quality. The new deal was not only to improve the drawbacks of the for-profit higher education institutions,but also to improve the academic achievement of students,so as to lay a foundation for the United States to become the highest proportion of university graduate in the world.更多还原
