【摘要】 技术创新过程中知识产权保护的角色不可替代,但知识产权保护与技术创新间的关系还没有得出一致的结论。一方面知识产权保护能保障收益,促使企业加快进行技术创新;另一方面,知识产权保护也能使企业更加依赖于专利等的保护,乏于创新,从而降低企业技术创新的积极性。本文以纺织行业为例,研究发现知识产权保护与技术创新能力呈倒U型关系,地区经济发展水平以及纺织行业在地区经济中的地位更能决定其技术创新能力。研究发现,地方市场开放度以及政府的赤字水平对纺织业技术创新存在明显的负相关。研究结论希望能够引导政府进一步规范知识产权保护制度,提高产业创新能力,为我国实施创新驱动策略、建设创新国家提供政策建议与参考。更多还原
