【摘要】 目的:分析医保付费制度改革对于医改需方改革及医改整体推进的重要意义,并借鉴国外医保付费制度经验,对比国内常见医保付费制度,提出医保付费制度完善的建议。方法:运用文献研究法、专家访谈法并结合工作中所涉及医药生产、流通、医患及社保等群体反馈意见,进行系统分析研究。结果与结论:在制度设计、配套措施等环节对医保付费制度进行科学设计、合理完善,对于解决当前医改难题,推进医改工作稳健有序进展具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the importance of Medicare payment system reform for the development of demander medical reform and overall medical reform, learning from the foreign experience of Medicare payment system, to make a comparison of some typical Medicare payment systems in China, and to propose the advice of improving Medicare payment system. Methods: Based on the methods of literature review and expert interview, working groups of medical production, circulation, doctors and patients and social medical insurance were systematically analyzed. Results and Conclusion: The medical payment system was scientifically and reasonably designed in system design and supporting measures, which has important significance in resolving difficulties of medical reform and improving medical reform healthily and orderly.更多还原
