【摘要】 浙江省自2007年开展定向培养农村社区医生工作,经历了试点、推广和完善阶段,紧紧围绕基层实用型卫生人才"进得来、下得去、用得上、留得住"的目标,制定并完善了"招录、培养、使用"等关键环节的一体化政策,保障了定向培养农村社区医生工作有序推进,满足了基层群众多层次、多样化及日益增长的健康服务需求,缓解了基层人才紧缺的"瓶颈"问题,促进并支撑了农村卫生事业可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the implementing directed education of rural community doctors in Zhejiang,the stages of pilot,generalization and implementation had been processed,the target of " to reach,to get down,to use and to stay" was closely abounded for primary practical medical personnel,the integrated policy of key points as " recruitment,training and usage" had been designed and implemented,the ordered development of directed education for rural community doctors was secured,the varieties of health service demand from grass-roots were meted,the " bottleneck" problem of shorting primary personnel is relieved and the sustainable development of rural health enterprise were improved and supported.更多还原
