【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜与开放式一期Fowler-Stephens手术治疗高位隐睾的临床疗效和安全性。方法收治高位隐睾患儿102例,观察组行腹腔镜一期Fowler-Stephens术52例(腹腔镜组),对照组50例行开放式一期Fowler-Stephens术(开放手术组)。对两组各项临床指标进行比较。结果腹腔镜组手术成功率为92.3%,高于开放发手术组的84.0%;腔镜组手术时间和术后住院时间以及术中出血量较开放手术组少;复腔镜组远期并发症发生率低于开放手术组,差异均有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜具有更高的手术成功率,并且具有手术时间短、出血量少、损伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少等优势,在采用Fowler-Stephens术式时,可作为治疗高位隐睾的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of single stage laparoscopic Fowler-Stephens orchiopexy and open surgery for high cryptorchidism. Methods One hundred and two cases of cryptorchidism were enrolled, among them, 52 cases were treated with single stage laparoscopic Fowler-Stephens orchiopexy( laparoscopy group),and 36 cases with open surgery( open group). The differences in the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Procedural success rate was higher(92. 3% vs 84. 0%); and operation time and operative bleeding and long-termpostoperative complication were less in laparoscopy group than in the control group.Conclusion For single stage Fowler-Stephens orchiopexy,laparoscopic operation has advantages over open operation of higher successful rate of operations,less operative bleeding,less trauma,faster rehabilitation,and less complication,suggesting it as an optional choice for the treatment of high cryptorchidism.更多还原
