【摘要】 目的:总结应用选择性绿激光治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的安全性及疗效。方法:应用选择性绿激光汽化术对21例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者行肿瘤汽化术,术后结合长期规律吡柔比星膀胱灌注化疗,密切随访。结果:本组21例患者均手术成功,手术平均时间20 min(5~30 min),术中、术后出血少,无闭孔神经反射、继发性出血等并发症。1例术后18个月内膀胱肿瘤复发。结论:经尿道选择性绿激光汽化术治疗表浅性膀胱肿瘤,操作简单,术中术后并发症出现少,恢复快,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of greenlight vaporization for the treatment of superficial bladder tumors.Methods:A total of 21 patients with superficial bladder tumors were treated with greenlight vaporization.21 patients were followed up for 6-22 months.Results:All patients underwent operations successfully and the mean operating time was 20min(range 5-30min).The volume of bleeding was very small and there were no bladder perfusion or bladder perforation.1case of tumor recurrence was found.Conclusions:Greenlight vaporizaton treatment is a safety and less invasive clinical therapeutic method for superficial bladder tumors.更多还原
