miRNA-216a与胰腺癌的研究进展
Research progress of miRNA-216a and pancreatic cancer
【摘要】 miRNA-216a是近年来新发现的非编码小分子RNA,在转录水平通过对mRNA的调控影响基因的表达。越来越多的实验证明miRNA-216a在胰腺癌中表达下调,并且通过抑制靶基因表达或者上调自身的表达,进而抑制胰腺癌的发展、侵袭、转移,促进胰腺癌细胞凋亡,miRNA-216a有望成为胰腺癌基因治疗的新靶点,我们就miRNA-216a在胰腺癌中的研究进展作一综述。
【Abstract】 miRNA-216a is a new small non-coding RNA molecule which was found in recent years,it could influence the expression of genes through regulating mRNA at the transcription level.More and more experimental results showed that expression of miRNA-216a in pancreatic cancer was down-regulated,and it could inhibit development,invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer,promote cell apoptosis of pancreatic cancer through suppressing expression of target gene or raising their own expression.miRNA-216a is expected to become a new target for the gene therapy of pancreatic cancer,the author reviews the research progress of miRNA-216a in pancreatic cancer.
