【Abstract】 miRNA-216a is a new small non-coding RNA molecule which was found in recent years,it could influence the expression of genes through regulating mRNA at the transcription level.More and more experimental results showed that expression of miRNA-216a in pancreatic cancer was down-regulated,and it could inhibit development,invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer,promote cell apoptosis of pancreatic cancer through suppressing expression of target gene or raising their own expression.miRNA-216a is expected to become a new target for the gene therapy of pancreatic cancer,the author reviews the research progress of miRNA-216a in pancreatic cancer.更多还原
