【摘要】 采用"铆钉法"制备了界面为曲面的Ti-Ni二元扩散偶,并将扩散偶置于真空退火炉中进行热处理。利用彩色金相技术观察在500~700℃范围内真空烧结不同时间时界面的扩散情况。结果表明,扩散层的厚度随烧结温度的提高和保温时间的延长而增厚;扩散层由不同的亚层组成。

【Abstract】 Ti-Ni diffusion couples with curving interfaces were prepared by mechanical method. The heat treatments of diffusion couples were carried out at 500 ~ 700 ℃ in vacuum annealing furnace. The interface diffusion of Ti-Ni diffusion couples were observed with different vacuum sintering time at 500 ~ 700 ℃ by means of color metallograph. The results show that the thickness of diffusion layer is increased with the increase of sintering temperature and holding time. And the diffusion layer is composed of different sublayer.
